Created in 1989, the Adão Correia Group emerged with the mission of building and promoting excellent properties, fully meeting the needs of the markets.

With activity beginning in Oliveira de Azeméis, the 90s were marked by multi-family construction, developing projects in several municipalities in the district of Aveiro, namely Oliveira de Azeméis, São João da Madeira, Santa Maria da Feira, among others.

In the 2000s, the Group specialized in Santa Maria da Feira, with emphasis on multifamily buildings in the Passionistas area. In 2005, the first expansion appeared in the district of Faro, municipality of Albufeira. Starting with multifamily construction, the group quickly moved into the construction of townhouses and, later, luxury homes.

In the 2010s, the second expansion was carried out with the aim of diversifying the sectors in which it operates. The group thus introduces itself into the construction of pavilions and industrial buildings. It was also in this decade that the entry into the Local Accommodation segment emerged, with the exploration of luxury houses built in the Algarve.

Today, the Adão Correia Group has more than 30 years of experience in the national market, standing out for its experience and rigor in each project developed. “Come in and Feel at Home” has become more than a slogan, reflecting a journey marked by a continuous commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, demonstrating a unique passion for construction and real estate development.
